How to cancel a service ?
Let me explain how everything works. When you “create an order” and fill in the form, you only apply for the service. Filling out of the submission form is not binding and it does not ask you to give any credit information.
When I receive your submission form, I analyze whether you have attached everything that is necessary to complete the order and whether the deadline is realistic and tell you the exact estimate of price basing on the simple calculation principle, which you can see on the services page. If there is a need to clarify the word count or other relevant for the price details – I send you an email clarifying these issues. If everything is clear – I send you an invoice to be paid.
We enter the contractual agreement only when you pay the invoice, so that I am obliged to provide you with the service meeting your requirements within the agreed upon deadline.
If, after you have sent the order form, you have decided not to use the service, simply tell me this in the response to the email you have received as a confirmation of form submission – nataly@make -a-stand.com
Normally, you can’t opt out of the service after you have paid the invoice, because I am already working on your paper. Anyway, message me right away and we will discuss the details – if I haven’t started working on the paper yet, I will return you the money or we will deal to use the sum for another order.
