What can I write an an essay about “what challanges have you faced” if I did not have any?
It sounds like a little shift in your definition of “challenge” can help you answer this question.
Perhaps you’ve challenged a belief you’ve held about yourself or tackled a challenge to accept oneself as you are; to refuse from perfectionism and allow oneself to make mistakes.
Or, maybe you tried a new activity that you weren’t initially good at like dancing, a sport, or playing a musical instrument. You can write about the learning process.
You can also write about the struggle of sharing a room with a younger sibling and how it tought you to appreciate the arrangement.
A challenge could also be about changing your response to something unpleasant. For example, how have you learned to handle exam stress and criticism?
I can also be an experience of climbing a hill or travelling alone, asking a girl out, speak with your parents on awkward topics… Anything could make a good topic!
